Job Description
Vice Presidents in the Industrials Group play a central leadership role in both client execution and new business development. You will work primarily on M&A sell side transactions and be given meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the franchise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and analysis of historical and projected financial information
- Oversee financial modeling, valuation analyses, and transaction structuring
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate transaction execution teams
- Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and marketing materials
- Support new business development initiatives, including pitch creation and client strategy development
- Maintain active communication with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors
- Mentor and supervise junior team members while ensuring high-quality analytical output
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant investment banking experience or MBA graduates with at least 4 years of investment banking experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting, valuation methodologies, and applied financial theory
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead teams and interact effectively with senior stakeholders
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and interested in building long-term client relationships
- Academic or professional training in finance, accounting, or related disciplines strongly preferred
Compensation And Benefits

The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:
Base Salary: $250,000
Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
